Over the past 35+ years of marriage, we have raised three incredible humans while simultaneously navigating the dynamic waters of entrepreneurship—ranging from non-profit work overseas to healthcare businesses in Arizona, and now as expatriates splitting our time between the U.S. and abroad.Today, our passion lies in leveraging our diverse life experiences to provide cutting-edge continuing education for those serving in the healthcare industry.

Jose Guerra
President & Director of Education, Integrated CE MastersJose has spent close to ten years training caregivers and assisted living managers across every corner of Arizona. It was on the ground, in real communities, that he fell in love with assisted living education, and saw a gap the industry badly needed to fill.
Schools that offer continuing education are easy to find. Schools that treat course quality as the whole point, and send managers away having actually learned something new, are rare. That gap is why Integrated CE Masters exists: to build courses people finish with real, usable knowledge, not just a certificate.
Alongside his work training managers directly, Jose has spent ten years partnering with the State of Arizona on education policy, staying at the forefront of regulatory and curriculum standards so every course we publish reflects current best practice, not last decade's.
